Teacher Links lists useful and interesting teaching links.

You are not alone! There are many resources available online to help you with your teaching. You can use Google (or any other search engine) to find information on a specific classroom or teaching problem you face, or to get additional background information on all of the Read and Think! lessons.

In this section, we list a few links to get you started. We also welcome any suggestions of websites that you have found useful.

  • Sites for Teachers (http://www.sitesforteachers.com/) provides a variety of interesting links to other useful websites.

  • PBS TeacherSource (http://www.pbs.org/teachersource/) is the website of the American Public Broadcasting Station and offers general support for teachers as well as resources related to its programs.

  • TeachersFirst.com (http://www.teachersfirst.com/) offers many resources for teachers arranged by grade and subject.

  • technet.com (http://www.teachnet.com/) focuses primary on the needs of teachers of young learners, but some of the general resources are useful to all teachers.
